Acer Spin 5 2021

The brand new Acer Spin 3 2021 Model with 11th gen CPU is finally here in out stock. To get lowest Acer Spin 5 Price in BD buy this laptop from our shop. We will provide you the accurate Acer Spin 5 Price in BD. 2 years  official warranty also granted with this laptop. This laptop’s weight is only 1.2 kg so you can it easily to workplace.

There are a few things you’ll notice about the Acer Spin 5 right out of the box. For starters, the magnesium-aluminum alloy chassis gives the laptop a more classic appearance, giving it a purpose. Acer’s switch to magnesium allows it to lose a significant amount of weight, resulting in a thinner profile. It still has the robust feel of an aluminum chassis, so it feels very sturdy despite being lighter and thinner than previous models. The trackpad and keyboard are adequate. The chicklet keys are responsive, but due to the smaller keyboard’s real estate, they’re a little cramped, so some people used to a larger keyboard may find it difficult to acclimate.

When typing, the trackpad is super-smooth, fast, and provides some minimal feedback. The laptop’s fingerprint sensor is also housed on the trackpad, which is a great security feature that is about as quick to unlock as it gets. The Active Pen stylus bundled with the Spin 5 features Wacom AES 1.0 technology for increased responsiveness and precision, as well as 4,096 pressure levels.

There are two additional buttons that may be customized, giving you even more control. Overall, it isn’t the most durable digital pencil available. It’s quite small, with a length of just under five inches (125.31mm) and a diameter of barely 0.2 inches (5.3mm). It is extremely light, weighing only 4.1 grams (0.14 ounces).

Nonetheless, it’s surprisingly durable for everyday use, and it benefits from the Spin 5’s built-in storage and charging port, which is conveniently positioned on the right side of the keyboard. This charging connector employs fast-charging technology, allowing you to charge for up to 90 minutes in just 15 seconds.

Although there is a specific DC-in port, having the option to leave the bulkier AC converter at home is a huge plus. There’s also an HDMI output port with HDCP support, as well as a MicroSD card reader, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and a headphone socket with a built-in mic. For increased security, there is a Noble lock slot. In terms of thermals, the Spin 5 doesn’t get too hot in normal use, although the heat vents on the bottom of the laptop can get a little warm if you’re using it on your lap.

The laptop’s bottom is actually covered by the display panel when it is folded over into tablet form, so heat is sent out through another vent on the rear of the chassis. Unfortunately, when using the Spin 5 as a tablet, the vent is just where it feels most natural to hold it. Yes, all you have to do is move your hand, but it’s amazing how many times we grabbed Spin 5 in just the right location to feel hot air shooting out over our knuckles. The 3:2 HD display is bright and clear, but the same qualities that make the Spin wonderful for note-taking make it less suitable for watching full-screen movies. It was difficult not to notice the massive letterboxes slapped onto the top and bottom of a 16:9 film during our HD movie test.

Unfortunately, this makes the video you’re watching look considerably smaller than it already does on the 13.5-inch screen. The image was amazing in and of itself, but it was difficult to properly enjoy it because it was sandwiched between two big black bars.

The Acer Spin 5 is a well-made small laptop with a 360-degree hinge that allows the screen to fold back and provides all of the advantages of a tablet, including full stylus capability. The Acer Spin 5 is equipped with Intel’s latest 8th generation CPUs, which provide long battery life (more on that later) and excellent graphics performance.

There is an HD webcam and fingerprint sensor, as well as a sensitive microphone, incorporated inside the device. The Spin 5 has a simple and generic design, yet it looks decent and should last a long time even with regular use.

The backlit keyboard was surprisingly pleasant to type on, with adequate travel for such a thin notebook and a solid feel. The PC is a bit on the bulky side. The bundled touchpad was also nice, with good accuracy and a lot of customization possibilities for swipes and clicks. The fingerprint reader that comes with the device is built inside the touchpad. It was compact, but it performed admirably with Windows Hello.

All of the necessary connectors are available, including a 3.5mm headphone jack, three USB slots, one USB 2 and two USB 3, an SD card slot, and an HDMI port for video. With 802.1 ac, the Spin 5 also has the most up-to-date Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Spin 5 was quick to load up and perform all office operations, including huge excel files and intricate graphics, while in use. If high-resolution images aren’t expected, running games works nicely. After installing Office and the operating system, the 256GB SSD has roughly 200 GB of capacity, which should be enough for most users. Most files and films should be stored on the cloud, although an external drive can also be used. The 13.3-inch display has a full HD resolution and is bright and colorful. Touch response was outstanding, especially in tablet mode, and stylus accuracy was also superb for more sensitive tasks. The viewing angles were wide, and the colors did not move much when viewed from different angles.

When playing games or transcoding videos, the Spin 5 might become pretty warm. It was never an issue, and even at full power, the fans were relatively quiet. The speakers were reasonably powerful, and the Spin 5 comes with Dolby Audio. Overall, the battery life was good, and I was able to get around 7 hours of regular use utilizing the Spin 5 for ordinary web browsing, email, and even viewing a movie. When playing a processor-intensive game or watching a video at full brightness, the laptop’s battery life drops to about 4 hours. The bundled 45W power source takes about 2 hours to fully charge the Spin 5; there is no rapid charging option.

Warranty and Software.

Acer-branded applications such as Acer Collection S, Acer Configuration, Acer Jumpstart, and Acer Product Registration are all available. You’ll also find games like Candy Crush Friends, Farm Heroes Saga, Hearts Deluxe, Simple FreeCell, Simple Mahjong, and Simple Solitaire that you didn’t ask for. Because the Spin 5 comes with the Active Acer pen, I would have liked to see more note-taking and sketching apps for casual content creators.

Despite its small size and light weight, the Acer Spin 5 has a surprising amount of power. The Intel Core i5 processor from the 10th generation runs a wide range of apps smoothly, and thanks to the new Intel Iris Plus graphics card, they all look great. The 3:2 aspect ratio is one feature that sets this convertible laptop apart from competitors like the HP Spectre X360. This device has both a positive and negative aspect: the size is more akin to an A4 piece of paper, which makes it ideal for taking notes, and the broader screen makes conducting research easier with less page scrolling.

Any 16:9 content you want to watch, on the other hand, will have a lot of letterboxing to compensate, making films look even smaller on an already small screen. Read our Acer Spin 3 review if you’re looking for a budget-friendly device. The battery life of the Acer Spin 5 has received mixed reviews, with some reviewers claiming it can last nearly 12 hours and others claiming it can only last 4 hours.

According to reports, Acer claims a 13-hour battery life for this laptop, although this appears to be greatly inflated. Even still, most reviewers reported that this laptop’s battery life was just 8 hours, compared to 11 hours or more on laptops like the Lenovo Yoga C940 or the Dell XPS 15 2 in 1.

The integrated Acer active stylus has a battery life of many hours on a single charge and can be recharged in a matter of minutes. Even if the Acer Spin 5’s battery life isn’t the best in its class, it’s more than adequate for a day of notetaking at school or the office.

The Acer Spin 5 isn’t the most powerful 2-in-1 we’ve ever tested, but it’s a close second. This latest refresh on the popular 2-in-1 laptop from the Taiwanese manufacturer doesn’t disappoint, with the latest Intel Ice Lake CPU allowing it to pump out solid performance despite. That’s not all, though. The Acer Spin 5 also has a 2,256 x 1,504 IPS display and a 360-degree hinge, allowing it to transform from a typical laptop to something as similar to a physical notebook as possible. As a result, this 2-in-1 laptop is quite adaptable.

While you won’t be able to play games or conduct graphically demanding or CPU-intensive chores on the Acer Spin 5, it’s still a capable machine. It is one of the finest laptops for students due to its excellent performance, adaptable form factor, and stunning display. The Spin 5’s touchscreen display, which has a 3:2 aspect ratio, is ideal for taking notes with the stylus. Because the average 16:9 2-in-1 laptop is nearly twice as long as it is wide, taking notes on one can be difficult.

The supplied stylus is small and flimsy, but it’s considerably less likely to get lost or broken than those that come with other 2-in-1s because it has its own charging and housing connector on the side of the laptop. If the stylus on the Acer Spin 5 runs out of juice, simply connect it back to the laptop for 15 or 20 seconds. The stylus will be charged for roughly 90 minutes using the ultra-fast charging method.

However, few computers are perfect, and the Spin 5 has a few flaws. The audio is good, but not great, thanks to the speakers that are always facing the front of the display. When it comes to laptop speakers, this is standard practice, but the Spin’s sound quality is on par with the competition. Another issue that came up was some of the bloatware that came with the Spin 5. Bloatware is inescapable, especially on mid-tier and inexpensive smartphones, so it’s not anything that will trouble us in the long run.

Unfortunately, the Spin 5 comes with Acer-branded software that displays pop-up ads on your desktop. However, if you’re searching for a nice, portable hybrid laptop for business or school, you should definitely check out Acer’s latest 2-in-1. It’s a great note-taking laptop that’s powerful enough to handle anything you can throw at an ultrabook while still lasting long enough to get you through the day.
